The film follows the story of Akito Hayasaka (played by Ren Nagase), a talented artist who discovers he has only one year left to live due to a heart tumor. On the hospital rooftop, he meets Haruna Sakurai (Natsuki Deguchi), a girl with just six months to live. Despite their limited time, their connection grows as they find new meaning in life together.
Synopsis: With only a year left to live, 17-year-old Akito finds new meaning in life by bringing joy to a terminally ill girl who has just six months remaining.
